I just talked to 2 municipal court lawyers. One of them said this is a criminal charge; even if paying the fine, it will leave a criminal record. Is this true? The other lawyer said it's not a criminal charge, and won't leave any record. Would you or anyone know for sure if this will leave any record if my friend pleas guilty? Thank you so much!
