Your Dean deserves punishment! Please don't give up!

I don't know what you should do, but I know he's in BIG trouble now, as long as you don't give up.

This kind of garbage should be cleaned out of academy. Don't think they should be respected because they're professors or deans. In my college a very respected professor just got fired because he's been abusing students. And he's been in this career for >25 years!
