1. 1st of all, it is legal for right turn in red in most of States.You might drive so fast or not yield.
2. IF there is no fine, there should not be any.
3. You'd better go to court on the date to explain.
4. I know a guy who got the speeding pic, the fine is $200. He went to court. The judge just asked him, is it your car. Answer is "no". He was sent home without any fine.
5. There should not be any points.
