There was injury. There was damage of a bike. The kid was scared and frustrated by the accident..
Please consult with a lawyer right the way and get the police report as all witnesses will be shown on the report, let your lawyer contacts those witness to see if you have a case...its illege to leave an accident site esp there was injury.
