Attorney will not and cannot take your money..

he might be busy...and have not gotten around you case yet, therefore, had nothing to get back to you...or, he might be waiting to hear back from the other party..

put some trust in your attorney...

even if he is so desperate to take your money, you can always report him to the state bar association, the bar will make him pay you the money he owes you, or, in some cases, the bar will pay the money and decipline the attorney..

I just don't think that you need to worry...attorneys are licensed professionals and the profession is heavily regulated by the state bar..
