if your child is a U.S. citizen, chinese court can not determine the child custody. In addition, if you two have real property, chinese court cannot issue judgement on real property located in U.S.

In general, I suggest you to divorce in U.S., for you and your child's sake.....unless, of course, you and your family are well connected in China.
