hmm, sorry, let me make it clear. this is not a regular company but a Indian consulting company, all employees are Indians,I might be the only Chinese. recruiter is not professional type but the VP's relative. everybody take instruction from VP. what the recruiter is doing is posting resumes for consultants and discuss the salary. each month before the HR pays me, they need get instruction and approved from VP. any question for the HR and recruiter they will ask me to discuss with VP because what they did is what they were instructed.
