get visa by set up a company?

MY wife wants to divorce me. But before she does
that, she wants to meet that white guy first. (They
have talked on internet for a few Monthes).

I tell her that once she meet that guy, I will take
children to China, and leave her alone here. (she
has j2 visa, while I have j1)

Now she wants to set up a company as a photographer.
THis way she thinks she can get independent visa.

My question is :

Can she really get an independent visa this way? How much
does it cost to set up a new company? (she will use
my money , of course).
