I did not know that I needed to cancel the ticket from Chicago to OH. Actually I did ask the person in Chicago ariport, he told me as long as I don't want to refund the ticket, I can pick my dad from the airport. But anyway, if this is the rule, I have to obey. So it seems I have to buy my father a one way ticket back to China.
