You need look into your employee hand book to see what is going on. Some states are employment at will states which you will have little protection less you are union or you have your own contract.

I personally look down on people who claim discrimination (This is the correct spelling). Your personality might be the reason why they want to get rid of you. I understand discrimination(the correct spelling) will always exist. You just need do a much better job to make sure that they need you more than you need them.


In the mean time find another job.
