謝lz。我的問題是生產在２００８年，新的保險仍然要求按２０％付。就算去年我沒有follow 他們的rule，我覺得我的生產費用不應該有penaty.因為其他的medical treatment only pay 10%.

Based on the law,"Pregnancy-related expenses should be reimbursed exactly as those incurred for other medical conditions, whether payment is on a fixed basis or a percentage of reasonable-and-customary-charge basis."



我覺得我最多應該支付１０％，而不是２０％。請問各位我對這一點的理解對嗎？
