那叫 california stop.

The act of not completely stopping at a stop sign or a right hand turn, but rather 'rolling' through it by slowing down some.

我也是10幾年沒有拿過TICKET. 前些日子，因california stop
拿了個TICKET。交了罰款（近200刀），沒有去法庭。
