I have more question, I just open a traditional IRA
and need to deposit $4000. It will take some time. How can I get the deduction when I fill 1040? Do I need to wait to get a statement or summary from the broker first? Can I just fill 1040 without document? or I need to get the document first, then fill the form?
How about if I couldn't get the statement before 4/15/08 although I already put money on IRA acount before 4/15/08? Thank you!
