My wife wants to marry an American guy.

But she has not start the case of divorce yet.


In this case, can I take my children back to China
without my wife's permission?

I remeber that when I take child out of China, I need
my wife's permission.

But I do no know if it is the same thing if I take Children
back to China.

I am urgent to know this.
