come on. Why don't u go to court???? The court appointed commissioner will reduce 1/3 to 2/3 penalty and send you to the traffic school if no any prior traffic violation record in 18 months.

If you don't go to traffic school, your record will be in DMV system and insurance company will find your bad record and raise up your premium.
