If your LLC is a sigle member partnership, you can attach a Sch C with your individual tax return and need not file other forms.
However, if your LLC is a partnership with two or more partners, this business need file a Form 1065 and you may receive a K-1 form.
If the LLC is a corporation, the business need file a 1040Form and it does not affect your individual tax return.
