Bank own house no deed cannot 房屋過戶 in time,我們成了無家可歸者

各位同胞們， 我在此跪求大家給出點主意
我買房，找了個buyer agent 在list 上找了個bank own house給了offer 後來就 under contract, 按照合同應該於2月25日過戶settlement. 因為the owner cannot provide the deed so they requested to make the settlement extended to 2月 29日，後還是沒有deed不能過戶，我們已經和原apartment 解除了合同必須於3月2日搬出去， 現在我們無家可歸了，we are in the motel now. The buyer agent 威脅說我們要簽個extension so we can be under contract. 我們就簽了個extending agreement the owner also signed on it. Now the agreement is extended to March 14, if they cannot provide the deed again then we have to be homeless for longer time. 請各位大哥大姐幫忙給出點主意吧， 我們英文不好，請原諒中英混合文字。我們在馬裏蘭。
