You shouldn't talk to your insurance Co. in that case. She can get license plate number doesn't mean she got right. Beside there is no police presented at scène and parking lot is private property and usually police won't write the report if someone calls police. You should call your insurance agent to ask why she gave her your policy number without doing any investigation. One thing for sure, your agent is screw you up this time. In term of law sue, sounds like that lady wants to get some money out of you. You are better consult with a lawyer for opinion. But don't call that lady to offer some money to try to settle the matter, it will make thing worse.
