This is stupid, people are just

doing business, cut those indian consulting company some slack if you do not like to work with/through them. They are cheating, yes, but they are helping you to get a real job and working experience. They are the ones shouldering most of risks, you do not. Just be careful, do not provide false information to government. You can do other things freely.
