I still not quiet sure about W7 and tax ID.How I can apply it for my parent？My friend says that I can do it when I file 1040 instead of doing it now,Is that right?What is your suggestion? By the way, My daughter is 7 years old,she was born in Japan and she has green card,she has a tax id instead of social security number, can I apply social security number for her?
