法居士never offered 法律意見

Once again, it's only a violation of bar associations' rules if a non-lawyer "holds himself out as a lawyer" and gives advice to people in such capacity. I do not believe that 法居士 ever claimed that he was a licensed lawyer. No reasonable person could have been led into thinking otherwise. As such, 法居士 is merely sharing his thoughts with other people in this online forum, and I don't think there is any law in the U.S. that forbids such activity.
