I am not aware any correlation between flu shot and stroke, or cerebral vascular accident. The infant's flu shot most likely had nothing to do with the stroke. My personal bias is that MD A is not liable, MD B bears is liable for not making the correct diagnosis. 單身老貓 's opinion is sh*t in this case.
