You reply him by pretending you believe him and ask for his phone number, saying that you just came to the country and new to a lot of things and need to talk to him over the phone. Also you can call HUD checking xxx H xxxx. I bet there is no such person at all. Get as much information as you can and report to FBI. Don't reveal your information.
