and they confirmed that this is a real claim. The funny thing is that I found my hu*****and's unclaimed property also on their website: http://scoweb.sco.ca.gov/UCP/.

I will send them the form and will update this forum with my result. They said the check will be mailed within 180 days after they received the filled form.
