買家remove contingency後再退出，是不是deposit就歸賣家了？

買家remove contingency後再退出，是不是deposit就歸賣家了？

這裏的contingency包括loan contingency和inspection contingency，都已經remove了。

還能有什麽可能性，或者特別的理由，拿回deposit嗎？
