The inspector may not point out all the problem. For example the noise problem can be corrected by replace all the windows to sound proof window and the inspector did not say any about it. Just tell the seller to replace all the window, because the noise is a big problem and need to be fixed. The fixing up list may or may not come from the inspection report, as long as you think it is a problem, just let the seller to fix it. Another way to back up, just tell them you have problem to get loan.
