Since it was a human error made by the employees of Chicago Ohare airport, the airport administration is to be blamed and they have to compensate all the lost his customers had suffered. The AA plane landed on time, but the gate was not clear, so the plane waited in the field for around 40 minites. That's shame, since I had too high expectation to a US airport's operation.
I think I can win the compensation if a lawsuit is filed, however, the gain may not be sufficient, even with their apology to every customer, to offset the incurred cost.
Damn on the Chicago Ohare ariport administration, they have grown up to be thick face, black heart, with no more thought about saying a "sorry" to any customer if they made some human mistakes.
However, I will still tell my Chinese friends in China that US is like a heaven, their managements and administrations are world-class, American are very polite and very nice, they are thoughtful and always say sorry for a little fault, but Chinese are rude, no lack of education, and I am happy and lucky for living in this country. I love US, and don't know when the China can catch up.
