AA is the worst. This Friday when my flight was canceled due to the mechnic problem, there were about 40 people waiting in the line for rebooking the flight and one AA employee just took the break and left only one employee handel the rest 35 people. We were sent to a hotel without AC and $5 for a meal. AA sucks.
