I talked to the banker, who takes charge of my account, today. Even though she is off today, she still called me after receiving my message from her co-worker. The first thing she told me is she is going to wave the $1000.00, and than she tried to convince me that she had my consent to add the line of credit to my account. But that is not true. I figured out what is going on here: she was trying to earn money from add line of credit to my account . I don't know if she got my signature or not. How did she get it. I’ll know it after I see the original document. I had made an appointment with her next week. I’ll keep your guys update it. Thanks for concern.
