damage not big enough for a lawyer

in my opinion, this is a small case that no lawyer wants to take it up for you. keep calling both yours and their insurance to get the process going. and wait to get the police report; go to get the repair quotes from at least 3 shops so you can show to the insurance to get either repaired done, or the money for the repair. if their's is a legit insurance, you should be able to get the rental cost reimburst. your insurance should help you on this, if they want to keep you as a customer. keep in mind accident happens every minute, it's life :), so just be cool.
