donot pay that fast, u need to keep on bargaining.

maybe u need to talk to ur case manager nicely, in fact a few times i was begging him to let me to go out of net of work hospitals to c these doctors i want.
u need to tell ur insurance that u r going to change ur insurance co. if they donot do a good job, of course donot use this until the last min.

anyway, i never pay my bills too rapidaly until it is really low. every time they send me different bills also.
