I went to court and paid the fine for speeding, but insurance st

I got pulled over last year due to speeding, and went to court to pay over $400 and removed the 4 points.I was told by procecutor that they will not report it to any authority. But auto insurance company still can find the guilty record from DMV and increase my insurance by $90 for 6 month period when it got to renew. Is it normal, shall I talk to court or DMV for that?
