Those are deposits landlord charged, not monthly rent. You need to pay the rent still. Those two months deposits should return to you in 21 days.


PS: 加州有這麽便宜的房租？？ 大概你是租人家一閒房。。。 不過這是我第一次看到這麽奇怪的合同
