Hi

A coworker of mine wants to open a LLC company, he asks me to be his parter who will get 2% profit at the end of the year without doing anything. The reason he want to do this is because he doesn't have GC, in order to apply LLC, he needs a person with GC to be his partner.

Do you think it is worth to do this? Is there any risks involved?
