sorry,i made a mistake,you can deduct the moving expense,because

this is not a tax free allowance since you have to add this benefit to ur income,so this is a taxable allowance,employer includes this benefit in ur income,so u actually can deduct it.otherwise it would be unfair to have inclusion in income but no deduction of actual expenses!!!!
