questions on married file seperate return

For many years, We filed married join return. This year AMT is too high. I tried married separate return. Here are the questions:

Question: 1) Can I report all mortgage interest expenses & real estate taxes into one person? The bank statement sent to us only shows one of us’ SS#. Can I report all of them into another one’s return who’s SS# didn’t show up in the form?

2) Can I report all interest income into one person? All of the interest is join account but with different SS#.
