根據我的common sense, 不是法律

1. Tivo is authorized to record your tv program in a non-removable vcr liked hard disk storage. If you want to break the tivo box and download the program to dvd/vcd or record to vcr, that's your violation of law.

2. 有沒有犯法，目前沒有,不代表以後沒有，就像google買下youtube, 沒人會想到youtube允許客戶播放有版權的音樂或video是否觸犯了法律，現在被viacom告了，你說誰會贏？
