如果是你FILE，你在FILE的文件上可以要求：joint legal custody, you have 100% physical custody, father paid child support, father get visitation right.
Once you file, you are the petitioner, he is the one who need to response within 30 days. Then, you can offer him to negotiate an accepetable term if he doesn't want fight on court.
Kick this ball to him which give you more space to negotiate for what you want: 爭取到了孩子的100%監護權,條件是孩子的父親不需要付贍養費，同時他可以探望孩子.
