What should I do? single "Lao Mao", Please help!

My car was repaired on by Shop A one year ago. I required to change oil and brakes. After checked my car, I was told my Struts need to be replaced. They replaced my four Struts. They told me that they used brand new struts. Before repaired, my car had been good. After repaired, my car had made noise every time in turning and backing. I came back Shop A, they told me I need change other parts. I didn't change. I had checked the car in other four shops, and all of them told me that my struts were very old and need to be replaced. I changed struts in other shop, and the problem is solved. I came back Shop A, shown them the old struts, and the employees admitted the struts are old, and said sorry to me. They said they will reimburse me if I give them the receipt. I went home to take the receipt and back the shop, the same employee told me they can't hive check right way. We appoint to pick up check next day, but the owner was there next day, he refused to do so. He said he has not warranted for change parts. I consider to go to small claim court. Can I win? what's the best way to slove the problem.
