Hey, no need to be so cynical !! I am trying to be honest here about the situation to seek for help, not to listen to your BS.
My trip indeed has business purpose, the fishy part is that the deal did not went thru so I did not end up with big revenue to pay IRS. Otherwise, I won't be audit and nothing is fishy about it.
