Realtor forged our signatures
My spouse and I bought 1st house in Jan. with many unexpected troubles. Our exclusive buyer agents took advantage of our kind nature and were always not acting on our behalf. They intentionally delayed prompt and proper action with many fruitless promises. We have been under tremendous stress and suffered big financial loss. We have collected many evidences of our realtor’s wrong doing. We are preparing to file a written grievance with the local realtor association in order to get some compensation from them.
As most realtors do nowadays, our realtor gave us one third of his commission fee from seller’s agent. In order to reduce realtor’s tax, he asked the seller to directly credit us the money towards the closing cost. However, our realtor forged both our and seller’s signatures on this document. We didn’t know this until our mortgage lender Fax this document to us before closing. This didn’t harm us financially. But I think what our realtor did is not acceptable. I wonder if anyone one knows if our realtor committed forgery and what punishment he might get from realtor association.
Thanks,
