Called CC company. Just like northgirl said, there is a Fraud dept. in CC company. Dispute dept transferred me to Fraud dept. Fraud dept. taked over the case. They canceled my old card and issued a new card to me. Also they said they will credit my money back. I have to fill out a form which ask me recall where I used my card recently.
