Not sure if this is good idea -- 單身老貓 should know

Can 哭不出來 ask her OB to write a note saying that under her stressful situation (breastfeeding, first time mom, tired and etc), it is possible to make such a mistake, that is, she is intentionally shoplifting? Will the judge be more lenient with OB's note?
