"我畢業後就與丈夫（美國公民）結婚了，現在已有半年，已申辦了臨時綠卡，準備要孩子，所以在家沒上班。
可他總是酗酒（每天都喝得爛醉，把酒給他藏起來，他就發怒的嚇人），勸說哀求全無效，實在讓人灰心。
我的眼淚流幹了，準備跟他離婚了，不想耽誤一輩子。

請問，大家又沒有人知道，我離婚了，如何保持身份呢？我原來是學生，有美國學曆，但是目前沒上班。
