back to re-read his post. His child will be under his name, and I do not see any reason y he needs to do his wife a favor (in other words do a bad thing to an unknown person). My feeling is he is giving up his responsibility. If somebody faked marriage, and came to the US, and then gets divorced. I believe that is not right. Similarly, if he just keep the marriage to give his wife a green card, and then divorce afterwards, I just do not like it either.
