There are statute of limiations on some sexual offense..but I don't beleive that there is a statute of limitation on rape case if force is invloved (the definition of force is very narrow, if she said no, and he forced himself on her, that is defined as "force" invovled...)

I am pretty sure that there is a case...but this is the classical "she said, he said" situation...the willingness of the attorney General to pursue the case depends on the strength of the case.

She should report to the case to police to get the investigation started.
