T-mobile SUCKS
I first started with T-mobile service quite a few years ago and switched to Verizon since T-mobile always had dropped calls. Last month, I was told by a T-Mobile rep that I can try out their new service for FREE (I mean, he told me it's FREE, NIL, NOTHING, ZERO, NAUGHT) if I return it back within 2 wks. So I kept their phone for 3 days (yes, 72 hrs) and returned it since I still got a lot of dropped phone calls. Guess what, I just received my bill from T-mobile ask me to pay for the service. I disputed it with their rep over the phone. But they wouldn't budge and insisted that I pay for the service rendered by T-mobile. Oh well, Guess I have to take it as a good way to start with the New Year.
