If your ex has cash, property, interest or equivelant in the U.S.,contact a local counsel and ask for seizure, garnishment, TRO or similar equity remedy. If there is nothing left in U.S., you should do some balancing calculation. If the amount of arears is big, it might be worth of initiating an enforcement action of US court order in Singapore. However if the amount is otherwise small, all i can say is comfort. It's quite hard to enforce foreign court order in Singapore. You might contact a Singapore lawyer for more options. Good luck!
