Since you are a resident alien now, you should download a copy of the W9 form from the IRS website, fill it out, and send it to your bank/brokerage house. Banks and brokerage houses will use the SSN on your W9 form to report your incomes and transactions to the IRS.

By March of next year, you'll receive a 1099-INT form from your bank, a 1099-Div form from your broker. In additions, you'll also receive a complete list of transaction records from your broker. Report every transaction in Schedule D.
