以淚洗麵的媽媽

I lost my son custody in2002, my ex-hu*****and spend lot of moneys pay his lawyer. He was win case. I lost my house & my son custody. Because, I don’t have more money to pay my lawyer.

I only have 8 hours on Saturday visitation for my son another weekend. I don't have overnight visitation and vacation time.... (I don't have more money to pay lawyer.... last year, I go back court ask judge give more visitation, but, my ex not allow me see child more time. so judge not allow give more visitation for me... (I was lost my job last year, now, I still not find full time job.

My ex get custody, he doesn't lived with my son. Since he get my son custody he never lived with my son. My son 9 years old. He always ask to live with mother together...

If I go back court again, did you think I get my son custody & my house back??

Please give me legal advise. About MASS law ... How can I get my son back? Please help me!!!!!!!!!!
